We believe that publicly disclosed deduction details and real defect photos are the foundation of trust in this industry.
A: All paper collectible cards are accepted — Pokémon, sports cards, TCG, and more. For oversized cards (e.g. jumbo cards), please contact support in advance.
A: Standard service takes 7 business days; express service delivers results within 48 hours. Turnaround starts from the date of receiving check-in.
A: We recommend a penny sleeve for each card, then a rigid toploader, with foam spacers between cards. Wrap in bubble wrap, ship in a sturdy box, and insure the full value.
A: You may request a review within 7 days of receiving your results. A senior grader will re-evaluate the card and report back through the system.
